Nursing Plus Home Care welcomes feedback about our services. Compliments, suggestions, concerns and complaints help us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
You have the right to provide feedback or make a complaint about your care. Raising a concern will not adversely affect the care or services you recieve from Nursing Plus Home Care.
How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint
You can provide feedback or make a complaint directly to Nursing Plus Home Care by phone, email or through our Contact Us page. You may also have a family member, carer, advocate or other support person assist you to raise a concern or complaint.
We encourage you to raise concerns as early as possible to have the opportunity to understand what has happened and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

How We Handle Complaints
Nursing Plus Home Care will treat complaints respectfully, fairly and confidentially. We will acknowledge your complaint, review the concerns raised and, where appropriate, contact you to obtain further information.
We aim to resolve concerns as promptly as reasonably as possible and will keep you informed where a matter requires further review. You will be advised of the outcome n and any actions taken in response to your complaint.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If You Are Not Satisfied With Our Response
If you are not satisfied with our response, or you do not feel comfortable raising your concern directly with Nursing Plus Home Care, you may contact the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC).
The HCCC is an independent body that handles complaints about health services and health practitioners in New South Wales.

If your concern relates specifically to how Nursing Plus Home Care has handled your personal or health information, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond to your concern.
